Very interesting project. You better go through the Singapore PDPC statutes and understand the detail before drafting your policy. Chances are you might draft policy that might not stand vs the law if you don't understand the statutes clearly. Do take notes.

thanks @icemanssl22 i will probably draft in consultation with my legal team, they will have a better domain knowledge of the legality compliance. cheers!

can also take note of the data entry and exit points, and if u r in the financial sector, better to keep in line with MAS guidelines.
