Not sure if my comp is hacked?

i download and installed a free video software but it make my computer super slow, thereafter i uninstalled it. but everytime i start up my computer, there will be a black dialog window open which i must manually close it, any idea if my comp is hacked?? scare cos i got many files inside.

Hello folks! Chipping in my thoughts. yes, doing a regular backup is indeed very impt. Having said that, regular scanning is also crucial. nowadays many sites are malware-filled, so better be safe dude!
