How can Singpass been accessed w/o authorization?

should be like bank, allow 2FA token authentication and to perform transactions. One feel more secured that way.

I'm a lil upset that many Singpass accounts has been accessed illegally. Who should be responsible for such lapse? I think it's rather unfair to blame on users especially when there are old folks who are also using singpass, ain't sure their memory help in memorizing complex password. I think there can be more security controls implemented to curb this.

wonder why all govt agencies just follow banking way of security controls, more stringent and safer.
