Counter hack against hackers

Yes and No. If the hackers leave 'traces' or footprints during their hacking then yes. but if a seasoned hacker probably no or harder to track down. i mean if it's a targeted attack, these hackers wld have planned it nicely right.

agree with @merlionguy it isn't easy catching hackers, you need pple and technology to catch them. that's why we have interpol, haha.. these hackers are professionals, just like how professional thieves stealing your wallet. never underestimate them, these folks r crazy and willing to go jail for their folly.

My Thoughts are don't even think about counter attack. Hackers wont just allow u to hack them back, be careful with who u messing with.

You can probably disrupt their operations?ÿ(e.g. their C2 servers) if you know what you are doing, but tracing back to the actual actors is not going to be easy. If you are not confident, then you may not want?ÿto do that as you may be in their radar especially if you don't know how to protect yourself.

And I will suggest not doing that based on the fact that you are asking this (I may very well be wrong too).

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED NO! Leave it to the police to hunt them now, only they can have the jurisdiction to do it. There's just too many attacks from all over the world, how to handle man?
