Right now there is a chance that your phone, email, and even baby monitor are being watched.

 

Cyber attacks are alive and well in the United States. In the past five years, more than 25 million Americans have become victims of identity theft.

 

Director of Armstrong State UniversityŸ??s Center for Applied Cyber Education Scott Scheidt says itŸ??s not if you get hacked but when.

 

Ÿ??If something has a camera on it or a microphone and it ever gets connected network, it can potentially be hijack and or used for purposes that it was not attended for,Ÿ? Scheidt says.

I don't even feel safe when I'm at home, always felt like my smart TV or other IoT devices are monitoring me. ?ÿHaha

I guess as a user, we have to do our part like putting a password on devices, and a strong password is encouraged. :)
