instant alert via sms

May I know if there's anywhere I can subscript for instant alert via sms when there's virus outbreak like wanacry ?

Hmm, that would be mission impossible if you want instant alert, it's not like the SMRT breakdown where we'll receive alerts instantly.

For virus outbreak, usually someone must make report first before the authorities or any media pick them up and publish to the world. But if there's anything good, you can check out those renowned antivirus solutions as they would be the most busy folks around trying to contain the virus.
