How to get started in cyber security career?

Hi everyone,

I'm looking into cyber security career since my current job is a dead end and wondering how to get started in CS.

A bit about me:
- Malaysian
- Working in customer service (2 years ++)

Options:

- CompTIA Security+ SY0-501

- PSB Academy: Diploma In Network Defense And Forensic Countermeasures

Not sure which options to choose. Thank you in advance for the help
