Guess you need to review the Business Continuity Planning Lifecycle Chart. Make sure all areas are cover. Example:
Check you policy and support from management
Check risk assessment is proper
Evaluating ability of personnel
Check 3 parties support SLA is proper
Check recovery ability, & time

Example:

Key personnel and staffs contact number up-to-date (who contact who)?

Key personnel and staffs understand and know their role during activition (know-how).

Most importance, are they still the key personnel? if not, who else.... (Staffs movement).

etc.

Oh i see, some thing like a call tree? shucks, it hasn't been updated. btw, do we need a call tree exercise to show auditor that we have done something?

good to know all these, i also preparing for a bcp audit by our internal auditors. is there a checklist o some sort, so that i can go thru them one by one?? ?ΓΏ:)
