Download appremover - try to remove all AV. Then reinstall AV?ÿagain.

If AV install failed again, Download malware-removal. Scan for malware. Then reinstall AV?ÿagain.

my boyfren suggested to reformat to play safe. very sad. but luckily i managed to copy out my files.

That's cool.

Format the HD might be a little over kill. Failed AV install usually costs by lockup or corrupted files from previous install, or some malware. Just remove them and everything will be back to normal.

Contaminate vs Hack (very difference). Cheers!

my laptop has been hacked, can't even install anti-virus. shit. any idea how to resolve, need quick remedy before i decide to do a reformat.!
