Any advice if I want to switch to doing IT/Governance Compliance role?

Am thinking of switching to do IT/Governance role, any one is currently in such role? need advice. thanks.

follow yr heart, most impt is your interest in it. Sometimes think too much also no use. haha, just a 2-cent thought.
