Calls from Fake DHL

Hi, I keep receiving phone calls from a number with automated voice recording pretending to be DHL.
Can they steal data from my phone when i answered or press any key?

FYI the number is 96178448

DHL has confirmed this is a scam, please block.

I still would like to understand whether can steal data if i accept that call or pressed key.
i might have to erase phone to be safe.

This is a social engineering method called vishing. they use IVR to gain trust from you and try to phish confidential information. They may request for your credit card information to validate and verify. So as long as you don't provide any information to them over the phone, you are technically safe.
