A number of D-Link routers have been found to have security vulnerabilities
Shucks, this is crazy. If it's affected, think there should be a way to auto-update the firmware at the most immediate time. dun think some pple know how to do it themselves.

You are right. Usually, we end up helping our uncles and aunties.
On a different note, I remembered last year's Starhub DDoS attack, they did help their customers patch vulnerable devices. (Did I remember correctly? Lol) Hope this time round, they could do something about it since they also distributed the 850L router. We received ours from Starhub upon re-contract.

Huh, you mean Starhub helped on the DDoD attack? But this round im not too sure as the wireless routers are already in the various customers' house, dun think they can deploy so many technical support around the nation.
