Not sure if there's a focus on IT Risk Management course but i know there's IT Governance course which incorporate IT risk module in it, let me know if u r keen. :)

thanks for the link. Should be able to secure funding but the course seems to be for the managers. Was wondering if I should take the COBIT course or this one www.iss.nus.edu.sg/executive-education/c...eaders/cybersecurity

Hmm, the NICF- Managing Cybersecurity Risk seems to be quite high level. Else i can recommend you to COMAT and see their courses that you may be interested in.
