@shaun tan indeed there's a shortage of skills security folks, but it also voice down to whether there's a ready group of pple who are keen in this industry, may not be easy also.

@paulsng33 i agree with you where can this group of people who are keen to be in this industry. It can start from the schools and perhaps the polytechnics can play an active role to have courses which both students and adults can come and study both full

Randy Marchany, the chief information security officer at Virginia Tech, spoke at RISE meeting. He said there is Ÿ??a huge shortage of skilled cyber security peopleŸ? in the area, calling it Ÿ??a buyerŸ??s market.Ÿ? Area community colleges and Virginia Tech have launched programs to encourage students to enter this field.
