Am intending to sell some used USB drives, i have done many rounds of formatting, is that enough?

First question is whether are there sensitive data you are trying to delete? If yes, i suggest you don't sell. it's too risky, you won't know the next owner's capabilities.

There's some software which can overwrite it with some codes to make the entire disk unreadable, it's military standard so it's very secure erasing of data.

Kept all harddisks and then get rid of laptops/notebooks :D
