Don't understand this part: "This scheme is applicable to working professionals who have the support of their employers to pursue full time Masters/PhD studies while being a full salaried employee of the company. ?ÿ"
what does it mean?

My answer may not give full picture.
my understanding is the company already some partnership with a?ÿ SG Uni, as a employer of the company you can participate and contribute (during the study and after study) as well.?ÿ The authority (CSA, EDB or relevant agency) will support of your partial salary. For example, if you are pursing PhD and your actual salary 5k then- around 3.5k?ÿ will be given to company as a part of the salary till you finish the course. (typically 4 years for PhD). For Masters this month is less.
Basically, this scheme encourage to take PhD and enhance the company R&D capability. Tricky part is while working on company, you should go through all the regular exam/test/course work of regular PhD work. ?ÿ
